E-Mail Marketing, CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You collaborate with online shops that you personally enjoy shopping from (cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.).

• You serve as the central point of contact between our clients and the team.

• Through regular check-in calls and close cooperation, you build strong relationships with our clients and take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects.

• You have your own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical integration.

• Best practices: shipping volume that advances your work and our company, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.

• Our clients are always open to innovative testing, and we possess the necessary technical resources to bring your ideas to life.

• You have a direct impact on the growth rate and profitability of our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have already worked for 1-3 years in email marketing or CRM and wish to deepen your knowledge.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is crucial.

• You approach people openly, and your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to converse with you.

• You can interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies from it.

• You are fluent in German and have solid English language skills, both spoken and written.
