E-Learning Specialist – Client-Facing, SaaS Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct organized training sessions through Zoom.

• Assist users in navigating product workflows.

• Support clients in comprehending and implementing their learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions in a software, SaaS, or professional learning context.

• Proficient in English (C1+) with a professional demeanor suitable for engaging U.S.-based clients.

• Proven experience in facilitating structured training sessions for professional or adult learners.

• Comfortable leading live virtual sessions and articulating complex subjects clearly.

• Dependable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

• *Candidates with backgrounds in customer success, enablement, corporate learning, education, or EdTech are highly encouraged to apply.*

• Background in professional or corporate settings.

• Experience in teaching adults or engaging with client-facing audiences.
