E-File Consultant – ELO ECM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to public administrations on the implementation and utilization of our electronic filing solution utilizing ELO ECM.

• Set up, configure, and uphold the ELO ECM environment.

• Engage in customer projects, covering everything from gathering requirements to the go-live phase.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users and administrators.

• Assist our clients with ongoing operations and offer support as needed.

• Evaluate and enhance administrative processes within a digital framework.

• Collaborate closely with project management, development, and support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, project work, or support for software solutions.

• Preferably, familiarity with document management, electronic records (E-Akte), or digitalization in the public sector.

• Experience with ELO ECM is a plus.

• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and software installations.

• A passion for customer interaction, consulting, and knowledge sharing.

• Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments within Germany.
