This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Oversee the daily operations, technical integrity, and maintenance of the BikesOnline USA Shopify Plus platform.

• Serve as the liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders.

• Spearhead site enhancements, manage app integrations, and ensure a smooth, high-conversion shopping experience.

• Monitor uptime, speed, and performance across various devices and browsers; troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Implement and uphold security measures, including SSL certificates and firewalls, to safeguard customer information.

• Conduct user acceptance testing across all mobile and desktop platforms.

• Prioritize new features and site upgrades in alignment with business objectives and return on investment.

• Design and implement A/B testing to enhance the customer journey and boost conversion rates.

• Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience as a full stack developer or website manager, particularly in an ecommerce setting.

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.

• Proficient in Python, Java, or PHP along with SQL/noSQL database expertise.

• Experience in developing or supporting AI-driven solutions (e.g., Claude Code, OpenClaw) is highly valued.
