This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, social media, or support platforms.

• Manage order issues, tracking requests, returns, refunds, and general product inquiries.

• Provide professional and customer-oriented support to ensure positive customer experiences.

• Process and track orders via Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

• Update order statuses, tracking details, and customer information.

• Collaborate with fulfillment teams or suppliers regarding shipping and delivery issues.

• Upload and refresh product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock issues.

• Aid in catalog organization and product categorization.

• Maintain precise records, reports, and documentation.

• Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and tracking workflows.

• Support promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives as required.

• Help with social media scheduling and content posting.

• Coordinate basic graphics or marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.

• Monitor comments and messages on social platforms as necessary.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support or virtual assistance.

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Canva or basic content creation tools is preferred.
