This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee order processing and customer support across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Michaels, Etsy, and Faire
• Address customer queries and resolve issues related to orders through email communication
• Supervise and manage current AI agents/automations, including addressing workflow edge cases (training will be provided)
• Facilitate daily communication and task updates via WhatsApp, Slack, and ClickUp
• Proven experience in managing various e-commerce marketplaces
• Background in customer service and order processing
• Capability to handle communications and workflows using multiple tools
• USB Headset equipped with Noise Cancellation
• Functional Webcam
• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Primary Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
