This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Shopify Management: Oversee product uploads, updates, and overall store upkeep. Ensure all listings are accurate and optimized for performance.
• Subscription Management (Skio): Administer customer subscriptions, resolve recurring billing issues, and manage swaps or cancellations within the Skio platform. This is essential.
• Order Coordination: Track incoming orders and ensure they progress through the fulfillment pipeline efficiently.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and subscription changes with a high level of professionalism.
• Inventory Tracking: Keep accurate stock levels and notify the team when inventory for key products is low.
• Shopify Expertise: Demonstrated experience navigating the Shopify admin dashboard and utilizing apps.
• Skio Proficiency: Direct experience in managing subscriptions through Skio is a mandatory requirement.
• E-commerce Background: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in working with online retail brands.
• Technical Savvy: Capability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Communication: Exceptional written English skills for both internal reporting and external customer communication.
