E-commerce Specialist, Merchant Processing Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize merchant documents such as bank statements, identification, and more in Dropbox or Box folders.

• Gather necessary information.

• Complete and oversee merchant account applications, including entity details, website information, business descriptors, and average transaction amounts.

• Update and manage records in Airtable.

• Perform administrative tasks while communicating and coordinating with clients and vendors.

• Handle light inbound phone calls as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Shopify and merchant processing platforms.

• Previous experience working at a payment processor.

• Familiarity with applying for and managing paperwork for merchant accounts.

• Proficient in using Airtable.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• USB headset with noise cancellation feature.

• Working webcam.

• Computer with a minimum of 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
