This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the implementation of global website content, ranging from critical product launches to seasonal promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Retention Marketing teams to create effective landing pages.
• Work alongside the Senior PM to shape the overall roadmap and take charge of on-site A/B testing.
• Set the benchmark for site quality assurance and automated processes.
• Develop and uphold consistent workflows and templates utilizing AI enhancements.
• Track essential metrics such as CVR, AOV, and Bounce Rates to identify issues and adjust underperforming campaigns.
• Extensive professional experience in large, structured e-commerce operational settings, digital merchandising, or product management.
• Significant expertise in international markets at mid-enterprise level (managing multiple currencies and regions) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable conversion improvements through on-site optimization efforts.
• Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, AI automation, and practical experience with A/B testing tools.
