This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the daily operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring precision, performance, and operational consistency.
• Prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain and enhance product pages, including descriptions, images, pricing, SEO, and layout on Shopify and Amazon.
• Assist in executing merchandise and product launches in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners across various regions (China, US, Europe).
• Oversee inventory tracking and stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Analyze store performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to pinpoint optimization opportunities and emerging trends.
• Aid in promotional planning and execution, covering quarterly promotions and high-volume sales periods.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure e-commerce strategies align with brand and business objectives.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce processes, continuously enhancing workflows as the store expands.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related field.
• Strong practical experience with Amazon and Shopify platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
