E-commerce Specialist, Amazon Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage and address **Amazon Cases**, including issues related to account health, listing inaccuracies, ASIN variations, and brand registry assistance.

• Maintain and enhance **Amazon Masterfiles**, ensuring precision across product listings, variations, categories, and catalog organization.

• Execute and apply **Ecommerce SEO** strategies on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to increase traffic and boost organic search rankings.

• Monitor and resolve **Amazon Stranded Inventory**, collaborating across departments to restore listings and prevent future complications.

• Supervise **Amazon Instock/forecasting** by tracking inventory performance, analyzing sales patterns, and suggesting restock strategies to minimize lost sales and enhance availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

• Comprehensive understanding of Amazon's backend processes, including case management, listing optimization, and catalog health maintenance.

• Proficient in ecommerce SEO strategies (A+ Content, keyword research, product title/description optimization).

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with forecasting tools, inventory metrics, and sales reports.

• Capacity to self-manage in a dynamic, remote work environment.

• **Nice to Haves:**

• Familiarity with additional ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, or eBay.

• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams or working in international marketplaces.
