E-commerce Specialist, Amazon Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address Amazon Cases, including issues related to account health, listing inaccuracies, ASIN variations, and brand registry assistance.

• Maintain and enhance Amazon Masterfiles, ensuring precision across product listings, variations, categories, and catalog organization.

• Develop and execute Ecommerce SEO strategies on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to increase traffic and elevate organic search rankings.

• Monitor and resolve Amazon Stranded Inventory, collaborating across departments to restore listings and avert future complications.

• Manage Amazon Instock/forecasting by evaluating inventory performance, analyzing sales trends, and proposing restock strategies to reduce lost sales and enhance availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing accounts on Amazon Seller Central.

• Comprehensive understanding of Amazon's backend operations, including case management, listing optimization, and catalog maintenance.

• Experience with ecommerce SEO strategies (A+ Content, keyword research, product title and description optimization).

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort in utilizing forecasting tools, inventory data, and sales reports.

• Capacity for self-management in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, eBay).

• Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams or within international marketplaces.
