This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partner with Sales during client discovery sessions, converting business requirements into scalable technical and operational solutions.
• Create intricate e-commerce workflows and fulfillment programs, modifying platform logic through third-party tools and automation layers.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact throughout the pre-sale and implementation stages, connecting technical and non-technical teams.
• Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) detailing platform configurations, customizations, integration points, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide customized platform demonstrations and walkthroughs, ensuring clients comprehend both functionalities and limitations.
• Lead internal project teams after the sale to implement builds, configurations, and automated workflows across various departments.
• Delegate tasks and oversee progress with internal resources, including tech administrators and web developers.
• Resolve implementation challenges and actively manage escalations to guarantee timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate a seamless handoff of accounts to Account Management, ensuring continuity in documentation and processes.
• Aid in the development of cross-functional teams by contributing to process playbooks and onboarding materials.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and check-ins with stakeholders, gathering feedback and suggesting future improvements.
• Over 4 years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, technical sales, or project management within e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical expertise in e-commerce platforms, order management systems, 3PL integrations, and API-driven workflows.
• Proficient in designing solutions utilizing automation and integration tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and other no-code/low-code/AI platforms.
• Proven experience in managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Capability to handle numerous enterprise projects while ensuring effective execution and communication.
• Background in the promotional products or branded merchandise sector is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with strong, reliable internet connectivity.
