E-commerce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will plan and oversee our e-commerce initiatives.

• You provide detailed briefings to our agencies regarding what needs to be accomplished, the timeline, and the expected quality.

• You ensure that our brand's corporate identity is consistently adhered to.

• You utilize AI and cloud tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, Make, or similar) to develop concepts for landing pages.

• You manage minor adjustments in Shopify, including content updates, product and collection maintenance, and straightforward theme modifications.

• You serve as the primary liaison for agencies and external partners.

• You monitor our key performance indicators: revenue, sessions, conversion rate, and overall funnel performance.

• You lead efforts in conversion optimization, including hypothesis formulation, prioritization, implementation, and analysis.

• You provide regular updates on project status and potential risks.

• You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience either at an agency or with a direct-to-consumer brand.

• You approach your work in a structured and dependable manner, even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• You express yourself clearly in both written and verbal communication.

• You can articulate requirements effectively, prioritize tasks, and take initiative without needing to manage everything personally.

• You have a solid understanding of KPIs, enabling you to identify anomalies and develop actionable items.

• You are a native German speaker with proficient English skills for email correspondence and tool usage.
