This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the onboarding process for suppliers, assisting them with operational integration into the platform.
• Manage a range of tasks related to marketplace operations, including product onboarding, feed coordination, and billing or support inquiries.
• Serve as a primary contact for supplier support, addressing operational queries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance requests, identify areas needing assistance, and ensure the appropriate personnel are involved as required.
• Juggle multiple incoming priorities simultaneously, effectively organizing tasks to maintain the momentum of operational processes.
• Background in an operations-centric role, customer support setting, or a similarly hands-on position that involves task coordination.
• Strong sense of ownership and capability to work independently in a remote environment without close daily oversight.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple priorities concurrently, demonstrating good judgment on when to resolve issues directly and when to seek assistance.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a practical, solution-focused approach when engaging with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort in a growing international organization where processes demand adaptability, responsiveness, and strong self-management.
• Relevant experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, customer support, or project coordination, ideally within e-commerce or retail settings.
• Hands-on experience with supplier interactions, onboarding procedures, or operational support tasks.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously while ensuring structure and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with subjects like product feeds, product onboarding, billing support, or related operational workflows.
• Experience with marketplace middleware tools, preferably BaseLinker (Base) or similar platforms like ChannelEngine, Tradebyte, or Rithum is a plus.
• High level of independence, motivation, and accountability fit for a remote working environment.
• Proficient English communication skills and comfort working in an international workplace.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and support a wide operational scope.
