This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the comprehensive operations of the Shopify store on a daily basis.
• Manage the entire order process from intake to production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners.
• Handle customer operations, including resolving issues and maintaining communication.
• Lead and supervise a small remote or offshore team.
• Develop and enhance operational processes and workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders, adherence to delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist in project management efforts related to operations and fulfillment.
• Work alongside leadership to scale operations and boost efficiency.
• Direct experience in Shopify operations is essential.
• Background in B2B e-commerce environments, particularly with bulk or custom orders.
• Demonstrated capability in managing fulfillment coordination and logistics.
• Experience in overseeing customer operations and post-purchase processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Background in managing an e-commerce brand with $3M+ in revenue.
• Ability to function as a generalist across various operational areas.
• Experience in managing remote or offshore teams is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of print-on-demand or custom product offerings.
• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Close CRM, or similar e-commerce/CRM platforms.
• Proven experience in scaling operations within growing brands.
