This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• **Key Responsibilities** **Performance Marketing**
• - Lead and enhance paid campaigns across **Meta, Google, TikTok**, and other developing platforms.
• - Scale effective acquisition and retargeting funnels, focusing on the US and AU markets.
• - Oversee full-funnel performance with weekly KPI reporting.
• **Brand & Growth Strategy**
• - Develop and implement strategies that boost **brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume**.
• - Advocate for our brand voice within the vanlife and adventure community.
• **Data & Analytics**
• - Manage marketing KPIs including MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue contribution.
• - Utilize **GA4, Shopify Analytics**, and attribution tools to guide decisions and predict outcomes.
• **Creative Direction**
• - Collaborate with content and creative teams on hooks, messaging, UGC concepts, landing pages, and narratives that resonate with the outdoor and vanlife lifestyle.
• **Customer Journey Optimization**
• - Enhance conversion funnels from acquisition to retention.
• - Partner with CX and product teams to enrich the on-site shopping experience.
• **Budget Ownership**
• - Oversee and allocate marketing budgets for optimal efficiency and return.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
• - Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and product teams to synchronize campaigns with inventory, launches, and business goals.
• **Success Metrics (KPIs)** You will be evaluated on:
• - **Revenue Growth** — contribution to overall sales across all channels.
• - **Blended ROAS** — effectiveness of total paid media performance.
• - **MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)** — total marketing expenditure versus total revenue.
• - **Brand Search Volume** — increase in branded, non-branded, and category-level search demand.
• - **4+ years** of experience as a Marketing Manager (or higher) in a **DTC e-commerce** setting.
• - **Hands-on Shopify experience** (mandatory).
• - **Experience leading a team** of at least 3 members.
• - **Direct experience in marketing to the US market** (experience in AU is advantageous).
• - **Demonstrated ability to profitably scale Meta and Google campaigns**.
• - **Strong analytical and data interpretation skills**.
• - **Comfortable with creative strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation**.
• - **Excellent communication and project leadership abilities**.
• - **A passion for adventure, travel, or the outdoors is a significant advantage**.
