E-commerce Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms to maximize return on investment.

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition, community involvement, and brand search frequency.

• Monitor, assess, and report on performance utilizing tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.

• Partner with our content team to create compelling hooks, visuals, and messaging that resonate with our vanlife community.

• Propel improvements throughout the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring a fluid and engaging customer experience.

• Strategically plan and allocate marketing budgets to enhance efficiency and achieve performance objectives.

• Collaborate with operations, product development, and leadership to ensure marketing is aligned with product launches, inventory management, and business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a marketing manager, specifically in e-commerce DTC.

• Proficient in Shopify.

• Experience managing a team of at least 3 individuals.

• Familiarity with the US market.

• Demonstrated success in scaling paid media while establishing brand equity on Google and Meta.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in managing marketing KPIs.

• A creative mindset complemented by a data-driven approach.

• Exceptional communication and project management skills.

• A passion for adventure and the outdoors is a significant advantage.
