This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Lead and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and various emerging platforms.
• Expand profitable acquisition and retargeting funnels with a focus on the US and AU markets.
• Oversee complete funnel performance with weekly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, community involvement, and increasing brand search volume.
• Advocate for our brand voice within the vanlife and adventure communities.
• Take ownership of marketing KPIs, including MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue contributions.
• Utilize GA4, Shopify Analytics, and attribution tools to guide decision-making and predict outcomes.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to create hooks, messaging, user-generated content concepts, landing pages, and narratives that resonate with the outdoors and vanlife lifestyle.
• Enhance conversion funnels from acquisition through to retention.
• Work alongside CX and product teams to improve the on-site shopping experience.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with inventory, product launches, and business priorities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager (or higher) in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce setting.
• Required hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Experience in managing a team of at least three members.
• Direct marketing experience targeting the US market (experience in AU is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to profitably scale campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
• Comfortable with creative strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid testing.
• Excellent communication and project leadership capabilities.
• A passion for adventure, travel, or the outdoors is a significant advantage.
