• Hire Digital is in search of an **E-commerce Marketer** to enhance its expanding digital commerce team in the APAC region.
• This position is perfect for individuals who possess hands-on experience in managing eCommerce platforms, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, and have a proven record of enhancing product performance through data-driven insights and content optimization.
• **Consumer Insights & Performance Analysis**
• - Evaluate consumer feedback, sales data, and performance metrics across various e-commerce platforms.
• - Transform insights into actionable strategies to enhance product positioning and drive conversions.
• - Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• **Digital Shelf Strategy & Optimization**
• - Oversee and enhance digital shelf performance (search visibility, rankings, share of shelf).
• - Identify opportunities to boost discoverability and conversion rates across platforms.
• **PDP Content Optimization**
• - Spearhead and implement enhancements to product detail pages (PDPs), focusing on copy, images, and layout.
• - Collaborate with local market teams to localize and optimize content for various APAC markets.
• **Project & Stakeholder Management**
• - Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, regional teams).
• - Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely execution in different markets.
• **RESPONSIBILITIES**
• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• - **3–5 years of experience** in e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar fields.
• - Demonstrated experience working with e-commerce platforms such as **Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Coupang, or Naver.**
• - Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• - Proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• - Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, regional setting.
• **NICE-TO-HAVE**
• - Familiarity with digital shelf analytics or consumer insights tools.
• - Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, or performance marketing.
• - Experience working across various APAC markets.
