E-commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will oversee Shopify projects and engage with the backend on a daily basis.

• Your responsibilities include creating collections, organizing the shop's structure, implementing features, and applying logical thinking.

• You will maintain regular communication with our clients and conduct discussions in both German and English.

• You will coordinate with developers during technical tasks.

• Additionally, you will think beyond the immediate project scope.

• We assist our clients not only with their shop but also with processes, structure, and strategic matters.

• You should be enthusiastic about sharing ideas and have a grasp of how different elements are interconnected.

• Importantly, you will support the team wherever help is required. We collaborate closely, rather than working in isolation. This role is not solely about coordination — you will also carry out tasks personally.

• Practical experience with Shopify, rather than just theoretical understanding.

• A solid comprehension of shop logic and e-commerce processes.

• Confidence in situations that involve direct client interaction.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Capability to work independently without the need for constant briefings.

• Ability to remain organized even in a fast-paced environment.

• While you don’t need to be a developer, you should possess enough technical proficiency to implement tasks on your own.
