E-commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Complete ownership of category performance, encompassing revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.

• Continuous enhancement of product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Discovery and validation of new product and expansion opportunities.

• Management of the product lifecycle to maintain relevance and profitability.

• Planning inventory and demand to support growth while managing costs and risks.

• Collaboration across functions with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product or category growth within e-commerce or marketplaces.

• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and profitability, whether as a brand owner or as part of a growth team.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort in making data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or the capability to quickly learn platform-specific tools.

• Ability to operate effectively within established systems before advocating for change.

• Driven by clear objectives, performance metrics, and achieving success within a high-performing team.

• Collaborative, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.
