• Supervise the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of Shopify Plus, encompassing the homepage, PDPs, collections, navigation, and site merchandising.
• Implement site updates, which include content modifications, product launches, bundles, pricing adjustments, and promotional strategies.
• Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and operational readiness across all storefronts.
• Collaborate with Operations to guarantee inventory visibility, availability logic, and alignment on sell-through.
• Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) across Shopify and critical landing pages.
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics.
• Prioritize CRO opportunities related to PDP structure, messaging, imagery, social proof, bundling, upsells, and checkout processes.
• Conduct structured A/B tests and iterative experiments aimed at enhancing conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and revenue per session.
• Convert insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Implement on-site merchandising strategies linked to campaigns, launches, and seasonal events.
• Manage all promotional setups, quality assurance, and post-launch validation, including discounting, bundles, gifts with purchase, and exclusives.
• Ensure impeccable execution during high-impact events such as Black Friday-Cyber Monday (BFCM), product launches, TikTok traffic surges, and public relations moments.
• Develop and maintain promotional readiness checklists and timelines.
• Collaborate with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart stakeholders to maintain consistency in brand presentation and offer strategies.
• Support marketplace CRO initiatives by refining listings, imagery, copy, and bundles in partnership with relevant channel owners.
• Track cross-channel performance trends and pinpoint opportunities to enhance funnel efficiency.
• Work closely with the Head of Growth on traffic quality, landing page strategies, and funnel performance.
• Partner with the Retention team to synchronize PDPs, bundles, and on-site messaging with email, SMS, and subscription strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure CRO insights contribute to content and asset development.
• Act as the internal authority on all e-commerce performance reporting and insights.
• 5–8+ years of practical e-commerce experience, with extensive expertise in Shopify.
• Experience managing high-volume direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands with rapid execution cycles.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in owning CRO strategies and achieving measurable conversion improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Shopify analytics, Triple Whale, and user behavior analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable working independently within a founder-led, high-growth setting.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
• Nice to have: experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
