This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the daily operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring precision, performance, and operational reliability.
• Be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage and enhance product pages, including descriptions, images, pricing, SEO, and layout on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support and implement merchandise and product launches.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners across various regions (China, US, Europe).
• Oversee inventory tracking and stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Analyze store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, AOV, shipping costs, refunds, customer satisfaction).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and identify emerging trends.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, including quarterly campaigns and high-volume sales events.
• Over 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a similar role.
• Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience without compromise.
• Strong practical knowledge of Amazon and Shopify platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.
• Comfortable working across functions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
