This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify trending products that are in high demand and offer solid profit margins.
• Source dependable suppliers such as Spocket, Zendrop, and AliExpress.
• Suggest effective pricing and markup strategies.
• Design and establish a high-converting Shopify store.
• Integrate payment gateways, applications, and sales channels like TikTok Shop and Facebook Shops.
• Compose captivating product descriptions, upload images, and manage collections.
• Formulate a marketing strategy for TikTok and Facebook Shops.
• Develop engaging short-form video content or coordinate with content creators.
• Set up advertising campaigns and strategies for organic growth.
• Implement order fulfillment workflows in collaboration with suppliers.
• Create analytics dashboards to monitor sales, ROI, and customer behavior.
• Recommend tools and applications to streamline operations.
• Provide weekly reports on store performance, advertising campaigns, and new opportunities.
• Maintain communication with founders to ensure alignment on strategy and priorities.
• At least 2 years of experience in launching and managing Shopify stores, preferably in dropshipping or private label.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop and/or Facebook Shops.
• Experience in product research and supplier sourcing.
• Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, as well as organic marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
