This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create and design assets for Amazon listings including main images, secondary/infographic images, comparison charts, A+ Content (Premium A+ is a plus), and Brand Store pages.
• Develop listing imagery for DTC, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, and other marketplace channels, tailored to the specifications and stylistic requirements of each platform.
• Craft dimension callouts, size-comparison graphics, and visuals for "what's included" to minimize returns and preemptively address customer inquiries.
• Design assets for Shopify storefronts, such as homepage heroes, collection banners, landing pages, and promotional takeovers.
• Collaborate with our email marketer (Klaviyo) to create email designs and modular template blocks.
• Produce creative for paid advertisements on platforms like Meta, Google, and Pinterest — including static images and carousels, with the necessary volume and variation for testing purposes.
• Uphold and enhance the visual identity of Americanflat across all platforms in accordance with brand guidelines — including typography, color discipline, logo usage, and photography style.
• Develop templates and reusable systems to ensure swift and consistent production of high-volume assets.
• Organize and manage the asset library, including product images, lifestyle photography, logos, and working files.
• Retouch and color-correct product photography while preparing images to meet specifications (resolution, file size, format) dictated by each channel's requirements.
• 2–4+ years of graphic design experience in e-commerce or consumer product branding, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
• A robust portfolio showcasing marketplace content — including Amazon listing images, infographics, and A+ Content that you have personally designed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; strong skills in photo compositing and retouching.
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy — maintaining the discipline to adhere to brand guidelines without deviation.
• Comfort with high-volume production: the ability to deliver numerous assets weekly, meeting specifications and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• A self-directed work ethic: capable of taking a brief like "we need launch assets for the new gallery wall set" and returning with a complete kit ready for the channel.
• Preferred: Experience in the home goods, furniture, or décor categories — including room styling beyond simple packshots.
