This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop product listing visuals that highlight essential selling points and enhance conversion rates.
• Create layouts and visuals for A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
• Design Amazon Brand Stories and Brand Storefronts.
• Generate lifestyle and infographic-style imagery for product listings.
• Ensure that all creative for Amazon adheres to platform specifications and best practice guidelines.
• Interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines across various client brands.
• Offer visual recommendations that align with listing performance objectives.
• Handle Internal Brand & Business Creative tasks.
• Produce branded presentations, pitch decks, and documents for client engagement.
• Design occasional point-of-sale materials, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist with web design tasks as required.
• Maintain and implement the company’s brand guidelines for all internal assets.
• Manage Image Editing & Asset Management.
• Conduct light editing of product images, including cropping, resizing, and background removal.
• Organize and oversee design files and brand asset libraries.
• Ensure visual asset consistency across all deliverables.
• Foster Collaboration & Communication.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to comprehend briefs and meet deadlines.
• Gradually communicate directly with clients regarding artwork alterations and feedback.
• Proactively raise inquiries, identify issues, and propose enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage your workload across different brands and projects.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, showcasing a strong portfolio of e-commerce creative work.
• Proven experience in creating visual content that promotes performance and conversion objectives.
• Proficiency in Canva for design creation and asset management.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is preferred (or a strong willingness to learn, with training available).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while adhering to various brand guidelines.
• A solid understanding of how to convey unique product selling points through visual design.
• Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time across competing briefs.
• Comfortable voicing questions, concerns, or suggestions in a remote environment.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are required.
• Experience in creating Amazon-specific content, including listing images, A+ Content, and Storefronts.
• Familiarity with Amazon's image requirements and best practices.
• Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time).
• Desirable: Basic video or motion graphics skills for the occasional production of short-form content.
• Experience collaborating directly with Australian or international clients in a remote setting.
