This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address customer inquiries concerning products, orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Deliver clear, precise, and compassionate support through email and chat channels.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of tickets and customer interactions.
• Work in conjunction with Operations and Fulfillment teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Adhere to established support procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer experience and optimize support workflows.
• Proven experience in customer support for e-commerce or online retail sectors.
• Excellent written communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience working remotely is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar platforms).
• Capability to handle multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience interacting with international customers (preferred).
• Knowledge of CRM or helpdesk systems (preferred).
