This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring precision, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Anticipate needs to guarantee that production and shipping schedules are adhered to, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience with our brand, including timely responses to their inquiries.
• Maintain and enhance product pages, including descriptions, visuals, pricing, SEO, and layout on Shopify.
• Assist in executing merchandise and product launches in partnership with Marketing, taking ownership of launch checklists, quality assurance, and timely go-live execution.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners across various regions (China, US, Europe) to ensure cost-effective and prompt delivery.
• Advocate for our customers by communicating with suppliers and closely monitoring production timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
• Oversee inventory tracking and stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Analyze store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, average order value, shipping costs, refunds, customer satisfaction) and provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and identify emerging trends.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, including quarterly promotions and peak sales periods (e.g., holidays).
• Collaborate across departments to ensure e-commerce initiatives are in line with brand and business objectives.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for e-commerce processes, continuously enhancing workflows as the store grows.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a similar position.
• A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience, without compromise.
• Significant hands-on experience with Shopify (or comparable platforms like Amazon).
• A solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.
• Comfortable working across functions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
