E-commerce, Community Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders, returns, and fulfillment challenges across the DTC website and TikTok Shop.

• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags on various social platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order and shipping issues.

• Administer the Social Snowball affiliate program by tracking activity, onboarding new affiliates, and interacting with creators.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping while fostering a positive customer and community experience.

• Assist in daily e-commerce and community operations within a dynamic startup environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in e-commerce customer service, focusing on order management, returns, and fulfillment coordination.

• Proven experience managing customer interactions on social media platforms.

• Excellent written English communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Customer-centric approach with robust problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a remote team.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Social Snowball or other affiliate management platforms is a significant advantage.

• A passion for beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is highly advantageous.
