E-Commerce Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Handling daily incoming orders and creating shipping labels.

• Ensuring accurate inventory levels across all sales platforms.

• Reviewing product listings to confirm items are active and that store operations are efficient.

• Addressing minor, low-volume customer inquiries through text-based communication channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for tasks without close oversight.

• Experience in processing e-commerce orders and generating shipping labels.

• Proven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy across one or more sales channels.

• Background in auditing e-commerce product listings to ensure items are accurate and live.

• Must be available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in responding to customer inquiries in a text-based support environment.
