E-commerce Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects for partners from start to finish (from Vendor Onboarding to Post-Sale Analytics)

• Gaining insight into our customers' distinct business objectives, requirements, and challenges to assist them in expanding their enterprises

• Crafting and prioritizing product roadmaps, providing strategic recommendations and analyses, and creating systems, tools, and operational strategies that promote client growth

• Handling all communications (via phone and email) with clients

• Gathering feedback from clients and the internal team to ensure that processes remain increasingly constructive, clear, and advantageous for all parties involved

• Becoming a subject matter expert in the technologies utilized at Simplistic (Shopify Plus, HTML, etc.) to offer prompt responses to any inquiries, concerns, or issues from clients

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce project management

• Fundamental knowledge of languages used to create flash site websites (such as HTML and CSS)

• In-depth understanding of standard project management methodologies and requirements

• Capability to maintain multiple projects on schedule financially, creatively, and in alignment with stakeholder objectives and deadlines

• Conceptual knowledge of the underlying technology that facilitates eCommerce experiences (product data, data structures, and data management)

• Willingness to work during EST hours and occasionally outside standard business hours

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
