E-commerce Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects for partners from initiation to completion (including Vendor Onboarding through to Post-Sale Analytics), delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting deadlines week after week.

• Gaining an understanding of our customers' distinct business objectives, requirements, and challenges, assisting them in expanding their enterprises.

• Creating and prioritizing product roadmaps, providing strategic insights and analyses, and developing systems, tools, and operational strategies that facilitate client growth.

• Handling all communications (through phone and email) with clients.

• Monitoring feedback from clients and internal teams to ensure processes evolve into more constructive, clear, and advantageous experiences for all involved.

• Becoming a subject matter expert on the technologies utilized at Simplistic (such as Shopify Plus, HTML, etc.) to offer prompt responses to any inquiries, concerns, or issues raised by clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Available for 40 hours a week and residing in South America.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in eCommerce project management.

• Basic knowledge of languages for building flash site websites (e.g., HTML and CSS).

• Advanced comprehension of standard project management methodologies and requirements, with the ability to oversee and provide guidance on project management challenges and assist in overcoming obstacles.

• Capability to keep multiple projects aligned financially, creatively, and in accordance with stakeholder goals and deadlines.

• Conceptual understanding of the underlying technology necessary for delivering eCommerce experiences (including product data, data structures, and data management).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
