This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across various modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Design and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Create and sustain plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts utilizing JavaScript and C#.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems through Azure services, Power Platform, and REST APIs.
• Establish and uphold coding standards, best practices, and DevOps processes within the CRM team.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee solution deployments, environment configurations, and release management utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Conduct code reviews, address complex issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Remain informed about the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to suggest enhancements and optimizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development, including at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior developer position.
• Proficient in: Core Technologies: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Dynamics 365 Tools: Plugins, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Data Management: Data migration, DataVerse, SQL Server, FetchXML, OData.
• Integration: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API development, and integration frameworks.
• Source Control & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git.
• Strong understanding of CRM solution architecture, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and deployment practices.
• Experience in configuring and extending Power Platform components.
