Dynamics CRM Developer – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The individual will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of solutions utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, concentrating on fulfilling the team's technical and functional needs.

• Create and modify entities, forms, fields, and relationships within Dynamics CRM.

• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom actions leveraging C# and .NET.

• Implement business rules and automation processes with Power Automate when applicable.

• Customize user interfaces using JavaScript to enhance the overall user experience.

• Assist in integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems through Web API.

• Work with Dynamics 365 APIs to both send and receive data.

• Document processes, features, and modifications made to the system.

• Engage in requirements-gathering sessions and suggest technical enhancements.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure that deliverables align with expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in C# / .NET, emphasizing programming logic.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, particularly for customizing forms and interfaces in Dynamics CRM.

• Experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK and utilizing Visual Studio for development tasks.

• Understanding of data modeling, including entities, relationships, and custom fields within the CRM.

• Introductory knowledge of the Power Platform.

• Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting, identifying and resolving simple errors.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, especially in Agile settings.

• Organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn, open to feedback and technical advancement.

• Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach, even for straightforward tasks.

• Adaptability to business processes, adhering to rules and workflows established by clients.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Knowledge of Azure.

• Familiarity with Power Automate.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Involvement in real projects related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
