This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements and process workshops with German-speaking business users in German.

• Generate fit-gap analysis addressing configuration, customization, and changes in business processes.

• Develop target processes and solution designs for delivery teams.

• Advocate for solution designs with business stakeholders.

• Assist business users through testing phases and sign-off procedures.

• Provide support to business users during the transition to live operation.

• Communicate findings, risks, and options to the program in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience with D365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM as a functional consultant or business analyst.

• Background in Sales, Customer Service, or both.

• Proven experience in discovery and fit-gap work, with written samples of deliverables.

• Fluent in German, capable of conducting workshops and writing designs in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to collaborate remotely with business stakeholders who are not met in person.

• Must reside in the UK or Europe.

• Possess the right to work in the location of residence.
