This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Accountable for the setup, upkeep, and enhancement of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform.
• Provide support for CRM customization and integration utilizing Power Platform tools.
• Participate in data visualization initiatives with PowerBI.
• Work alongside other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives.
• Configure and manage Dynamics365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Tailor entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to fulfill business needs.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings effectively.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Leverage Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development, and automation processes.
• Support the BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leadership to collect requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Adhere to and maintain the corporate CRM change-management process.
• Serve as the primary end-user support professional for the Marketing group.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification is required; Expert certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• A strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integrity best practices.
• Ability to proactively identify, resolve, and prevent quality issues.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting as well as data visualization is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Team cooperation - maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all LATICRETE employees and customers.
