Dutch Speaking – Sales Support Agent, Home Delivery of Frozen Food

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients interested in home-delivered frozen food options.

• Handle sales inquiries from start to finish, offering expert guidance on high-quality Food & Beverage product ranges.

• Accurately process orders, ensuring smooth coordination for home deliveries to Dutch customers.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products to effectively upsell and cross-sell within the frozen food industry.

• Address customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to enhance the customer experience and boost retention rates.

• Contribute to the growth of the business by providing a premium service experience at every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit is required.

• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or the Food & Beverage sector is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for high-quality food products.

• Capability to work effectively in a remote environment while upholding high performance standards.

• Strong proficiency in digital tools and CRM software for efficient customer account management.
