This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee comprehensive customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat in both Dutch and English.
• Manage delivery tracking, returns, refunds, payment inquiries, and shipping investigations.
• Collaborate with logistics and courier services, financial institutions, and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information, adhering to GDPR and PCI regulations.
• Share insights to enhance processes and improve overall team performance.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong English language skills (B2 level or above).
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Organized and detail-oriented professional.
• Goal-driven and proactive approach to work.
• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or familiarity with tools such as SAP (preferred).

• Meal Allowance: 7.00€ net for each working day (approximately 140€–150€ net extra monthly).
