This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer queries related to social media platform usage, account difficulties, and technical issues.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Record and escalate intricate issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the overall user experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about platform features and customer service best practices.
• Native level fluency in Dutch and a B2 level in English (both written and spoken) are required.
• A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
