This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer support to clients who speak Dutch.
• Aid customers with inquiries regarding products, order status, returns, and resolving issues.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Remain informed about product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
• Fluency in Dutch at a native level and proficiency in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in shifts if necessary.
• Currently living in or open to relocating to Greece.
