This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Supply accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the relevant team when needed.
• Execute orders, returns, and exchanges following company protocols.
• Keep precise customer records and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
