This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide assistance to high-profile clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Aid customers in utilizing the self-service advertising platform and associated tools.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising solutions.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues, including bugs and delivery errors.
• Relay updates and solutions to clients promptly and professionally.
• Spot opportunities for clients to improve their advertising effectiveness.
• Collect client feedback and share product insights to enhance user experience.
• Fluency in Dutch (required) and a strong command of English.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and computer proficiency.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team member with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Prior experience in customer support or digital marketing is appreciated but not mandatory.
