Dutch Customer Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, representing the leading online retailer in the Netherlands.

• Understand customer motivations and offer solutions through phone calls, emails, or chat.

• Address questions related to product orders, payments, deliveries, and manage customer complaints.

• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Go the extra mile to engage with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.

• B2-level proficiency in English.

• Strong skills in handling phone communication and active listening.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptable to various personality types.

• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.

• Must possess European citizenship or a work permit for Greece.
