This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Deliver precise information regarding our products, services, and policies.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the relevant team as needed.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company protocols.
• Keep accurate customer records and ensure sensitive information is handled confidentially.
• Native or fluent in Dutch.
• Proficient in English.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• High levels of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
