This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Travels throughout the designated territory to engage with both regular and potential customers to solicit orders and new business opportunities.
• Prepares sales contracts and interacts with customers either on-site or via phone.
• Takes a proactive role in contract negotiations, sealing the sale, and formulating marketing strategies for contract accounts.
• Operates the route vehicle safely and competently, ensuring its maintenance and cleanliness.
• Organizes and leads sales meetings, including the preparation of agendas.
• Guarantees that all Admiral Beverage brands and products are rotated following a "first-in, first-out" policy as per supplier regulations.
• Builds strong customer relationships through professional sales techniques.
• Accurately accounts for all cash/credit proceeds, products taken from inventory, illuminated signs, and any other applicable Company assets.
• Pursues new business by performing business reviews, showcasing products and services, utilizing samples, marketing resources, and highlighting sellable features and advantages to customers.
• Arranges products based on a pre-established plan or personal ideas that have received management approval.
• Places price and descriptive signage on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or the sales floor.
• Transfers products from the customer stock room to floor displays to adhere to "Sell By" dates, optimize in-store product availability, and reduce stock room inventory.
• Orders products for assigned accounts following established procedures to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Develops display concepts or adheres to the suggestions or schedule set by the Sales Manager.
• Constructs or assembles display aids using company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Estimates and coordinates product delivery dates and the collection of empty shells, based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery timelines.
• Prepares reports on business transactions and maintains expense accounts.
• Utilizes and wears appropriate company safety gear.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisors at any time.
• Must comply with company driver qualifications.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to comply with state and local regulations.
• Must possess familiarity with delivery, sales, and territory responsibilities.
• The candidate should demonstrate leadership capabilities and a strong work ethic.
• An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
