This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop the analytical framework for DTC at More Nutrition, facilitating organized, scalable, and data-informed decision-making across all commercial aspects.
• Transition DTC from a reactive analytical approach to a proactive performance management strategy by establishing solid frameworks, playbooks, and scalable systems.
• Utilize automation and AI as essential tools to enhance the speed, depth, and scalability of insights.
• Oversee and advance DTC performance analysis concerning traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer behavior.
• Recognize key growth drivers across promotions, conversion rate optimization, marketing channels, and product portfolio.
• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable business recommendations.
• Assess and quantify the influence of all channels (e.g., paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV).
• Evaluate channel interactions, overlaps, and incrementality.
• Facilitate improved budget allocation and investment choices.
• Address key commercial inquiries beyond marketing, analyze portfolio performance, assess promotion effectiveness, and support decisions regarding market and channel expansion.
• Link creative outputs to business outcomes and enable data-informed optimization of content and campaign strategies.
• Create scalable reporting and analytics frameworks, decrease reliance on BI, and implement impactful AI use cases throughout DTC.
• Establish structured working methods and ensure that analytical work is repeatable, scalable, and oriented towards decision-making.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerce settings.
• Demonstrated ability to convert data into business impact and decision-making, utilizing modern tools and AI where applicable.
• Experience with analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, and performance analysis across various channels.
• Strong comprehension of eCommerce / DTC metrics (conversion, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, etc.).
• Keen interest and experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to testing and implementing new solutions.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is advantageous.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in both English and German.
