This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You take ownership of and enhance DTC performance analysis, focusing on traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer behavior.
• You pinpoint essential growth drivers related to promotions, CRO, marketing channels, and the product portfolio.
• You convert intricate data into straightforward, actionable business insights.
• You evaluate and quantify the performance of all channels (e.g., paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV).
• You analyze channel interactions, overlaps, and incrementality.
• You facilitate improved budget allocation and investment choices.
• You assist in addressing critical commercial inquiries beyond the marketing scope.
• You assess portfolio performance, including product mix and the impact of innovation.
• You evaluate the effectiveness of promotions.
• You support decisions regarding market and channel expansion.
• You collaborate closely with Performance, Influencer Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and PLM teams.
• You analyze which content, formats, and creators enhance performance.
• You link creative output to business results (conversion, revenue).
• You facilitate data-driven optimization of content and campaign strategies.
• You create scalable reporting and analytics frameworks for the DTC team.
• You minimize reliance on BI through organized, self-service insights.
• You harness AI and automation to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of analysis.
• You identify and execute high-impact AI use cases within DTC.
• You implement structured methodologies (e.g., analysis frameworks, testing strategies, reporting standards).
• You bring in external best practices from top DTC/eCommerce companies.
• You ensure that analytical work is repeatable, scalable, and geared towards decision-making.
• You possess over 5 years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, preferably in DTC or eCommerce settings.
• You exhibit a proven ability to translate data into business outcomes and decision-making, utilizing modern tools and AI as appropriate.
• You are experienced with analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
• You have a background in attribution, incrementality, and performance analysis across various channels.
• You possess a strong grasp of eCommerce/DTC metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, etc.).
• You demonstrate a keen interest and experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, along with a hands-on approach to testing and implementing new solutions.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is an advantage.
• You bring a hands-on, pragmatic, and performance-focused mindset.
• You are fluent in both English and German.
