Driver Operations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing support and resolving requests from drivers in a timely manner.

• Ensure that the delivery service operates exceptionally well.

• Accountable for generating alerts promptly when the situation warrants it.

• Assist in achieving the KPIs, goals, and objectives of the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency in Colombia.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

• Experience in similar roles or positions.

• Familiarity with Ecommerce.
