Driver Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Accountable for directing transportation and driver operations while ensuring adherence to DOT regulations.

• Supervise both company-owned and leased equipment, manage driver performance, and oversee yard and terminal operations.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Uphold regulatory compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and cultivate a high-performing driver workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be accepted in place of a degree).

• Prior supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.

• Proven understanding of DOT HOS regulations and transportation laws.

• Familiarity with geographic service areas and route optimization.

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance with company policies.
